I am picking the percentage of heat loss from steam would be higher as only some of the steam escapes through that exhaust pipe , much of the steam would condense on the ceiling of the tank (like a saucepan lid ) and release the energy from changing from gas to liquid on the tanks steel ceiling which would act like a radiator but even more so than the tank walls.

Did you calculate the tank ceiling as part of your tank surface area?
While I admire your calculations they like mine are obviously guesstimates as without actual plant dimensions they are open to justifiable critique.
