You should remember one important aspect regarding PDN.
PDN's leverage got it in to trouble and has caused the share price to fall as U3O8 fell. Now PDN's leverage will be beneficial if U3O8 appreciates as is expected. If U3O8 rockets, then we'll all be happy with PDN's high leverage.
The change in sentiment regarding uranium will change sentiment towards PDN being a leveraged play in this sector.
