Get hold of the current register 9as at today) and look at the previous statement the company made about the top twenty holders.
I think it was back in Dec or prior to the last raise.

That will give you the answer as to who has been liquidating and how much stock they have to go.
I assure you its a private holder and none of the institutions that have come onto the the register in recent times.
