For clarity..as you claim a China SOE will win (or already has) the asset equity stake etc..
Are you saying a China SOE may have signed a legally binding document with SDL having won the asset equity stake, and SDL directors have not disclosed to the market this information they are legally obliged to?
Also how could they have already WON as you say if shareholders..the owners of the asset, have not voted or given approval as such?
Do any of us really believe the NDRC would take notice of a SDL powpoint slide to an investor conference...and altered their opinion?...dont we all think given the involvment of the NDRC in the Hanlong deal..they are already full versed in the project and its value??
In my opinion if China were genuinely serious in a takeover of SDL, they would have moved by now, or slotted in a group when Hanlong had issues...surely its 10c....a bid now in the 20's would attract or given them majority control at least i would imagine.
The value of the SDL purported NPV hasnt altered since Hanlong and 45c....nor has China (suddenly based on a page of a ppwerpoint slide) changed its stance.
Good luck all shareholds...some opportuntiies around in the trading...i think we are a few months away but looking better
