I also got that phone call, but for me they asked more than just about the CR. In fact the CR seemed to be a very small part of the conversation.

They placed $3.75M to 'sophisticated and institutional' investors and only $1M was to use, the retail investors. The $3.75M was supposedly 'heavily oversubscribed'. Even if they only just raise $1M from us, thats only a small section of a generally 'heavily over subscribed' CR.

I feel like if you didn't participate or pick further shares up, your missing out on the only opportunity you will have at getting in at a lower price than the market shows today to further your holding.

Give AJX a year and they will either be bought out or at least twice the current market cap.
