    The irony to both sides of this argument is hilarious.

    Bears called property to drop for 7 years.

    Bulls called property to increase for 7 years.

    Both got it wrong. Property went nowhere, the bears never got the 30% plus crash, the bulls never got the 30% plus equity.

    Meanwhile, the bank shareholders were cheering on anyone willing enough to borrow so much money into such a low yielding asset.

    And so it will continue, bulls taking all the risk, shareholders getting all the gains. Pure .... comedic .... gold.
