Well we now know that, though Mr Z has resigned from the boards of the sister companies (GED, MLS there may be others), our Mr Mazzoni will not be distracted by directors' duties to them (it is possible that his expertise might be tapped).
R - I would hope that, as technical director, he will take ownership of the exploration strategy of SBR though I hope that he knows Matt and can form a good working relationship with him. The Perth geo world is a fairly small world.
