    You're right Scotty, high yielding Dividend stocks are the key to successful investing. Even if we see another GFC it doesn't phase me the slightest..... market turmoils only present great opportunities to snap up decent blue chips at bargain basement prices.

    I never sell a good income stock unless there is a fundamental change, don't care for the capital gains just the dividend's.

    Meanwhile, property has been good if you got in 5 to 10 years ago and you have a decent yield on your rent return, but to enter the market in it's current state would be financial suicide. Death by a thousand cuts.

    How about a 40 year mortgage to help get your foot in the door lol...... you'd be crazy imo!
