the sociopath who has no empathy for anyone and who has urges to kill a fellow human being, still has the free will as to whether he or she acts on those urges, or at least he or she has the free will to wait and act on those urges when he or she thinks they wont get caught.

and after committing that act, the sociopath also has the free will to try and cover up their crime or not, and the free will as to what they decide to eat afterwards

this is contrary to the teachings of Jesus of Nazareth, who said:

If ye were blind, ye would have no sin: but now ye say, We see: your sin remaineth.

the very fact Jesus the Saviour was created was to free sinners without self-control from their sins

    free-will makes Jesus redundant

the sociopath is simply overwhelmed with emotion & cannot control their behaviour

    they have no free-will

as Buddha taught, their mind is overwhelmed by the 'cruelty element', devoid of mindfulness & wisdom
