I wouldn't like a surgeon to be talking about anything but the welfare of "my mum" while he was replacing an Aortic valve in her chest.
Sorry, but with experiences I have had, a respected surgeon would not be asked questions of that nature while a "spectator" was looking into the chest cavity of a person on the operating table . In my humble opinion of course !
Been watching too much Dr Ben Casey on TV I think.
