daytrading feb 27 morning

A fairly lacklustre session in US markets overnight , though they did rally into the close to finish marginally positive.
The Russell 2000 index and smaller caps performing better than the big fellas.

Biotechs finished in the red , I must have put the mozz on them yesterday with the buzz lightyear call ?

Benitec was off by nearly 8% .

A stronger US dollar halted the rising gold price with the miner index GDX down 1 % and the juniors fairing much worse down over 3 %.

Silver did a quick backpeddle to the 200ma down 2.85 %
