Pointless listening to management here. The share price reflects the risk of continuing the already endured disappointment since the day the plant was commissioned (which, lets face it was achieved by contracted engineers not the management).
Theres an old saying that you can't change people so you have to change THE people.
I'm on the fence until that occurs.
Time for change.
