It's definitely being suppressed by major shareholders or traders with the capacity to manipulate prices.

There is currently a major parcel in excess of 2 million units at the front of the 17c sell queue.

It makes no sense for small traders like myself why anyone would want to do that, instead of letting the market forces let this one fly (not unlike some other biotechs recently).

Only rational I can think of is their attempt to weed out day traders and T+3 traders.

I will no longer buy unless it is in the lower end of the trading range 15.5c to 18.5c and will readily sell at the higher end of that same range. No more holding long term for a big payout as this one is being manipulated big time!
