volume was lower today but still plenty of sell offers hanging around creating down pressure. As you said 1:20 is not going to affect the price much past the ex date, so it had to be something else that caused the dump yesterday.
I can only think that the company presentation resulted in impatient sellers throwing in the towel, as CEO hosed down speculation of a Q1 announcement. The 'no news is good news' idea faded as invion's press relations were completely silent on preliminary data.
i can only think whoever wrote the investor newsletter in 2013 perhaps 'wishing' rather than knowing the dates for preliminary data.
