re: Ann: Invion announces Rights Issue Entitl... I would have thought that the fall in share price was due to holders who did not have the money, or did not want to commit extra funds, selling at any price above 7.5 to take up the rights issue. I would expect selling from these people to occur till the final date while ever the share price is above 7.5. Not everyone has unlimited funds to take up rights issues.
