    re: manipulation/sparki Ems bought a dist co for $5 mill who had a gross income of $7 mill approx...so take that out of earnings ...what have they done over the past 3 years?I have shares in IMD in U.K. and could not sell them...so is IMD of which EMS owns about 40% real???and worthwhile???
