given i have been a holder for many years - i am very cautious on jumping for joy....For me i read that there are still plans etc that require approval before they can start - given the history in time it takes the AER it could be a lengthy process.... I have no idea if this is standard or not..

Are you from within the industry and have experience with mine approval? If so, i take great comfort that you view this as very good news.
