Perhaps so.. Pala sold 58mil during Feb @ av price of 2.399c .... A long period of stagnation is expected...
It may take Pala (473mil shares/ 58mil) = 8 months to sell the rest of their holding...
The best option is for management to arrange off-market buyers to buy off Pala.
