PS - forgot to add - as well as having to raise this required bond money - the Sri Lankan/Australian families ALSO have to guarantee the accomodation, food, transport, AND health insurance for the duration of their visiting relatives stay - providing all aspects for the care of their visiting relatives! Which of course they are happy to do. Being a proud and responsible, highly respected - now Australian community.
There is therefore NIL drain on Aussie taxpayers for their visits! Nor their care.
