    Nickjacktyler,

I think you have me wrong. Just two days ago I posted this

"If SDL can hold 50% of mine equity and the entire $900 million is raised FROM DAY ONE to build the mine, then shareholders have a good chance of being rewarded.

Market will strongly re-rate SDL if these minimum conditions are met."

I have been saying this all along, but seem to get drowned out by some people who are trying to dress the story up with China intrigue from every angle. I swear if they are really so good at reading China's intentions they would be better off serving Australia in the department of Foreign Affairs, than filling up this forum with their theories. Some people I can see are a bit over it.

If I was an SDL shareholder I wouldn't be worried about the port and rail because if the project does go ahead, by implication the port and rail must also go ahead.

All you should be worried about is the deal that is negotiated at the mine equity level and the price the mine will receive for the ore, as this is going to be your only level of participation.

As I say a minimum 50% equity with full upfront money to build the mine and good forward contracts to sell the ore is all you should be interested in. It's not that complicated.

Let the directors worry about the rest and pray that they deliver in the end.

So as to appear a bit more glass half full for you Nickjacktyler, I'll change my sentiment to hold.

See I am a nice positive fellow.
