Hi 64 No, dont know Ian Sykes, but I have been around long enough to remember his exploits.
Thought his financial downfall was a pretty good example of having a preconcieved idea of what the market SHOULD do.
This was long ago when few people traded futures and well before CFDs came into being. .....................................................
I'm currently at Gippsland lakes with a few mates, 24th year in a row, for the Marlay Point Overnight Yacht race. Spend as week down here "training" on wine & beer before the actual race which is on the long weekend in March. We are all too old and too wize to actually go in the race these days, but we still do the weeks "training".
