big q is who knows the fundamentals.
i wish they knew the fundamentals of hih, tls ..... when they bought them. i used to be the manufacturing engineer for chemical/composite company. even the accountant did not know the the exact figures cos i did not feed him 100%. sometimes he talk me over to change figures to please the directors. sometimes directors talk to both of us and the factory manager to change things to please the shareholders. in a chemical manufacturing concern, there are many a things that no one knows for sure like extact stock value, depreciation, amortisation , forward pricing of goods & rm, chinese/indian influence etc etc. each got his own perception.

you tell me that you buy on fundamentals of a company that you have no executive involvement. good luck then. you need it.
