Spec Bohai is exploration , so there isn't too much info other than target size of the prospects being from memory between 10-30 million barrels from what i have read from Roc releases , but please do some research and see what you can find
as for 67.1 m , its actually a DCF value of what Roc expect to get back, its a coincidence its very similar to what they put in. For example Roc may get back 110 m over 10 years, but because each years payment is discounted by a given rate ( i think they said they use 5%) today value of that future revenue stream is 67m usd in todays dollars
I was amazed the analysts didn't bother asking the resource that will be convert dot return once they get approval for phase 2 of Beibu. I am estimating about 800k -1.2 million barrel net to Roc
