Safaris when the GFC hit I knew it was one of those once in generation opportunities to make a ton of money and I went in boots and all including selling all my property.
I invested every cent I had plus a bit more and made it happen.
I knew there was no way I could lose and only bought the good stuff.
If I wanted I could now buy several times the property I previously owned but not at these prices.
