I think ou will find that almost all if not absolutely all Cu processed in Chile has go to through state owned mills. It is something that has helped Chile become the world's number one Cu producer.

My undertsanding from perusing Chilean website and MNE ANNs is that the mills themselves pay promptly for ore based upon grade. In face the last ANN makes this quite clear.

The concentrate story is for countries that are not called Chile.

If anyone knows different view please explain.
