Really 600ml ,please it's not my proposition OK,its tls and singtel and i don't know what other telco's in other countries are asking for,but clearly both telco's feel they have in place the technology to charge the technology companies for the use of their networks for these particular apps.
Your post is very similar to jebr's yes everyone is paying to use the mobile network for their apps and thats fine but these particular apps directly compete with the telco business model and 'directly' reduce the revenue of the telco's by using the telco's network for free in direct competition to the telco's that actually own the network .As singtel suggested it can't go on at the rate it is otherwise why would you expand and improve your network.
If thats not clear enough then clearly flight is right and i need to concentrate more on my punctuation,spelling and sentence structure.
