To pay in advance surly this arrangement would be negotiated after x amount of tonnes had been delivered and an average grade was determined. Then let's say they pay on 5% CU average per tonne.. MNE then deliver x tonnes at 7% CU, I would think that MNE or any producer supplying mill would have nogotiated per delivery this scenario ..
So I would think that if this happened or the reverse the mill would then pay additional renumeration or less than agreed % per tonne..
Either way this is a fantastic position to be in, at this point it's pie in the sky, but after 20 years of stock market investing I'm sure that MNE has further legs, and this is a real future possibility for the company. Sure SIR and others have exploded over night on great finds and results, but most company's take many years to find their feet. If MNE can deliver a product to the mill in excess of 3% CU then they and we as share holders are in for a very exciting 2014 I believe, lots of hurdles to jump from here but it's a fantastic start so far, all depends on CU grades, hopefully we'll know soon!
Once they are making$ and not tapping SH's for cash the sky's the limit , currently there are bugger all shares on issue , more than when I first invested (100 million then) but 300 million ain't that bad for an ASX listed company, If they can stop the CR's and keep it at 300m with company buy backs along the way then this will be exciting!
