skype etc should have to pay tls and optus, page-42

hmm why doesn't telstra just develope an app that allows free or very low cost calls via the internet the same as skype does and rather then trying to screw consumers it competes for the service that consumers already enjoy..... oh waitt... that is VOIP... looks the same as your old homephone with out the rediculous costs of line rental etc.. u get an actually number to ring.. that can be called from anyphone anywhere in the world... it's a good idea for 10 bucks extra a month if your one of those people that wants a home phone... even though they are obsolete with everyone now having a mobile...
