Kingy: Everyone can see that Chinese investors will continue to push up prices over the coming decades.
For many, however, I suspect that the fear currently being expressed towards the Chinese-and indeed any immigrants that are not European-stems from Eurocentric, Ethnocentric or just plain old racist origins.
Each to their own.
But unless people are Indigenous-Australian, I find it utterly ridiculous when they rant and rave about Australia being "their country."
