Some good comments,but this attraction to always slamming the cost of property to annual income and then the deflationary opinion,followed by too many foreigners buying property and last but not least housing collapse because of layoff's.
Though most is emotive with a grain of selective statistical information from different source's (for what its worth only the ABS is reliable if dated imo) I think people need to see what the world is doing and where it is at,and one of the things that comes to mind is that this is the BEST country in the world.
We have a problem its an abundance of too much,the problem you have got is that 2/3rd's of the population is concentrated in two cities
