Disappointing to see the breakdown of the JCurve acquisition. Its all intangibles/goodwill. Of the $6 million paid for JCurve $7.6 million are intangibles.

Goodwill $4.0M
And why does a business with $3 million current turnover have such a chunky $2.3 million trade payable as at 31 December 2013. Does anyone know what this is?
The 6 monthly loss for the JCurve business was $496,906. This compares with the Independent Experts report which was forecasting a 2014 EBITDA profit of $208,000, so there needs to be a decent turnaround in the second half.
