oh dear I sometimes wonder whether the rahrah brigade are there to "bury" any perceived "negative" posts by posting so many so close comments by themselves thus pushing posts further down the chain.

Again the ".can you imagine how well the treatment will work in conjunction with ARS and their formulae..man, this is gonna be sold world wide by the USDA", "
It aint that bad folks- with one of the best boards Ive seen for a Biotech now newly assembled Id call POH a screaming Buy (yet again)".

Yes I know we all have our own opinions and good to get a balance but the above is just upramping IMO. I've heard that POH is a screaming buy so often even after buying in years ago that its starting to wear thin. Its results I want to see after all this time as results were "coming" back then.

At the end of the day its what management will now say or not say that will be of utmost importance. With all due respect other comments on how fantastic this or that is going to be means zilch to me. Awaiting the newsletter and see what that has to say. Talk of commercialisation may well be premature (again) and even in the annual report it is stated by management:

"For both the TPM/oxymorphone patch and TPM/oxycodone patch, the Company is readying itself for
Phase 2 studies that will be conducted during 2014 in Australia and/or in the United States".

"Although recruitment has almost been completed, as the Phase 2 clinical trial is a blinded study, the
Company will not know the results until database lock, which occurs after all patients have completed
treatment. Accordingly, this recruitment delay will mean that the 3-month trial will not completed until
the end of the second quarter of 2014". Recruitment delay - never heard of that before.

"In this regard, Phosphagenics has commenced a commercial outreach program with large and
medium sized pharmaceutical companies and pain specialty companies. Several meetings have been
held and the Company anticipates that discussions will continue with these and other interested
    parties throughout 2014".

So my reading is that there may be "interested" parties but none have jumped at the chance for an exclusive agreement with POH - discussions will continue and from what I had understood have been in progress in the past as well but still no pharma have jumped in. Hopefully this technology will not be outdated with other technology as the bio field is progressing at such a rapid rate from what I am reading.

Anyhow time will tell as always. Now the "rahrah" brigade can "bury" me as I am switching off for the day :-)
