Short and sweet.....Mr Roberts wants consideration to put the significant recent discovery [4Mile NE] into Mr Stephensons valuation. Mr Hoffman reserved his objection to this? ? and I thought he said "to any future discoveries"
Justice Mansfield asked each counsel Roberts and Hoffman /Higginson [combined] for a synopsis of opening arguments so he can be up to speed on the direction of the arguments
Hoffman tried to argue that due to the geological technicalities may be difficult to do so.
