If they laumch on an asquisition binge, then its because they are trying to make money.

OW may be extremely supportive, but the non-offtakers won't be interested unless either:

a. they get some divvies
b. the sp rises.

If those clamouring for divvies don't get 25% RoR on divvies, but sp doubles over 4 years...will they complain??

I do not understand why you are releasing schools of red-herrings, or half thought out ideas.
