If NKP can get the remaining $13m from Zijin, have the mining right notarisation completed and Anglo/ARM crap resolved once and for all then who cares if its suspended.

Its expected that NKP always does things the hard way (voluntarily or not).

If its another month in suspension but all the right boxes can be ticked off then so be it. I would rather this than coming out and saying Zijin have walked.

Comfort for me is that Zijin has already committed $7m of the $20m so the probability of them pulling out is minimal.
