Exactly Justis-but refer to my original question-with cap gains going backwards or flatlining at best how many years will they persist? How many years will they be prepred to loose actual money?
It has to become a factor...seeds of doubt will start to creep in...the next 5 years will be bloody interesting thats for sure!
