    Its obviously not directly from TW OR AM.Its from a friend who who is close to them.There is a difference.
    The company cannot make any announcement if there is any doubt about whether any JV is, or, is not imminent.The correct time to make any announcement is when all matters have been attended to and contracts have been signed sealed and delivered.
