All speculation from everyone (including me), but for my 2 bobs worth, they're still drilling, they may or may not be through the primary objective, any number of facts could have delayed them getting there. As for telling the Kenyan govt, hopefully they realize that will more than likely be a leaky ship and as such they would proceed as follows; Trading halt, tell Kenyan govt; tell the market. Well that IMO avoids any chance of claims of insider trading .... the wait go's on.
