From Dampier's last announcement:
if in the unlikely event that Ord does not meet its initial $2MFarm In obligation then Dampier will retain 100% ownership of the Plutonic Dome project
I believe that if ORD fail to cough up the funds, then Dampier will retain the project, but barring that, it's ORD's
Am sure someone smarter than me could confirm though
