As far as Im comcerned they have done the same thing with the rail siding.They pushed their way in there then
they make out like they are putting money into the project then they pull out leaving all the cost with CDU .
To me its deliberately trying to derail (ha ha) CDU.
Making them find all the money at the last minute for the project.
They have done us a big favour.
Imagine having them as partners.
