Agree that there's still alot of hurt from past failures. Changing sentiment takes along time, but I'm of the opinion it is well on the way to happening. Final approval, cash receipt, la bella news etc etc will all build on this.
I think also it'll take a little while for the quality of Ophir to sink in. Founded in only 2004, and now a GBP1.9bn dollar company with an EXCEPTIONAL drilling success rate. 8 from 8 in FY2012! They are clearly African technical experts. They started talking to us only in November, and here we are with a deal done. They are not messing around, and obviously like the 2d that they've seen. That gives me enormous comfort.
I'm confident that as news will spreads, we'll see a re-rating.
