mate oil fields decline and unless NDO is sitting on a monster it needs to keep finding the black gold otherwise it is not attractive unless they do something with that money. It is not a lot to have consistent div or make major acquisitions. Investors need to see the potential of NDO. Yes it has drills upcoming but with a poor success rate and low level discoveries, the sp will not appreciate dramatically as it used to. Contrast this to FAR. Look at the volume as it has major players providing it cash and carrying them through.
