To be accurate, the two SPPs were issued at 5c each not 4c, first one on 23/4/1999. The second one was 17/05/2000. 7 to 1 consoldation on 31/05/2002. After 2002, a few options were issued with conversion from 33.5c to 60c to $1. One bonus option at conversion price of $2 by 30/6/2010.
