Gassed...I have one lot of DRP shares issued on 25/11/2004 at around DRP 43.2c. You can check the dividend history. The company started DRP scheme in april 2003. The SP started to go north after starting DRP. You can see SP by looking at the DRP shares SP which ranged from first DRP 30.8c to the top price of $1.408 on 23/11/2007 then they went downhill again to 64.77c on 24/9/2007 back up again to $1.54 to $1.43 23/3/2012. So, those DRP shares are doing quite well atm.

Reading through the 7 to 1 consolidation letter dated 2/6/2002, the letter said they will issue free bonus shares with exercise price of 33.5c by 31/5/2005 for every 4 new consolidated shares held by 15/7/2002. That was desparate time. Holding shares for another 6 weeks would entitle bonus shares. There were options exerciable $1.40 by 31/3/2004 and 42c by 5/5/2003. During the webcast last year Reg mentioned the company survived by the skin of their teeth in late 90s which was very very true. They had a few years of prolonged legal battles against big companies and they won at the end. The company could have folded easily so I was "lucky", those early shares not only are not worthless but their future looking very good.

I think I remember they also issued shares at 2c around 1998 which I didn't take up. I could be wrong. I don't have the offer letter in my file but I did remember something like that.
