justis, there is one thing that overseas people you see here - we have absolute proof of

they have what it takes to pick up and leave.


If conditions suit ------------ they will leave, just as they came.

They might not go back to their home - but they may go to Europe or the US or anywhere they think they will be better off.


Personally I think this latest mob that are driving the prices are blowins.

We hear of Chinese millionaires --- well, if they can make money like that in China - I really can't see them leaving to make it in Australia.

I guess we shall see.
