The report basicaly requires investors to take a leap of faith on this company generating more meaningful cashflows in the very near future. I am very surprised that Richard did not provide more forward looking guidance in the report.

The most hopeful statements were actually in note 1(c) to the accounts where the directors justify their view that the company is a going concern including these two:

? "The Directors anticipate to close significant sales contracts during the next 12 months which will increase operating cash flow;
? The consolidated entity has extinguished its debt owing to its largest trade creditor, and royalty revenue is now producing cash inflows on a quarterly basis;"
