re: driving offence - tradein So he must have snapped you with the Lidar gun when he was at the side of the road (probably on the median strip) and you drove past him. Then he got in his car, chased after you and pulled you up.
With your points, you have to accumulate 12 in any 3 year period. You could have lost 50 points and still keep your license as long as they were nver over 12 within a 3 year period.
