Well I've been on this ride for a couple of years and would like to think we are getting to the pointy end for a rerate.
Sometime in the next 3-6 months? I'll be giving it another year or so to really build a head of steam. might flick a third on the way but I want to ride this pony to a life changing profit!
Or lose a chunk of change that will upset the wife( and me for that matter).

You have to have a plan and yours is as good as any ones m0ngy and my plan suits me.

I couldn't bring myself to put money in the bank at 3% though.... good luck..
