Extremely negative RICH because VDM are in a extremely negative situation. There is nothing - not one single thing - that is positive in their HY report.

Auditors dont give an opinion on the health of a company or say whether they are "happy" with the figures. Their job is only to review the report for compliance to accounting standards. Have a read of the last paragraph of their letter which raises their own doubts about VDM being a going concern. It sounds as though you think E&Y have endorsed the situation?

Interestingly, look at Section 15a) and see how massively diluted they have become in 6 months. Also note that as at 31/12/13 there is $255m in shareholder equity worth -$2.5m. Very sad.
