Because of the competitive tension which was absent (especially you may find the Chinese who were so happy to go to Leuters last time with free talking Chinaman strangely unauthorised to speak - be the one who will above everyobe else keep things as tight as a drum this time), extra regulator scrutiny and the "market" totally kept in the dark - we should see a steady SP going into TH.
